Eileen's Search for the Best Bruschetta

Eileen has been working very hard this trip to find the best bruschetta in Italy. She tasted bruschetta in every town we visited. Her conclusion? Alessandro made the best bruschetta in Tuscany and in Rome she found a close second to Alessandros at La Villette Pizza in Trastevere.
