Here is a figure you can add to your watercolor paintings. In our recent workshop, my friend and student, Carol Grismore named her Helga. Please take Helga all over the world by placing her in the different locations you may paint. You can paint her in whatever colors, patterns and textures you desire. You could put her in your painting in front of the Eiffel Tower or walking down a pathway in Budapest.Wherever you take her, please send me a scan of your painting and I will post it on this blog. The most unique use of Helga will win a prize.
