Montepulciano

This morning our workshop ended and we all left the villa for differing destinations. It was sad to see my students leave after sharing a wonderful week filled with painting, laughter and savoring the food and scenery of Tuscany together.
A few of us are exploring Montepulciano. Today we walked around the town and the sun was shining brightly but it was raining at the same time. Montepulciano has caves underneath the town where they store wine. The town is filled with great old buidings, churches and shops so I will have lots of subjects to paint this week.
