How to Save $ So You Can Paint in Tuscany with Me

If you are thinking about painting in Tuscany with me May 4-11, here are a few ideas about how to save $ this holiday season to deposit in your trip savings account.
Are there any people on your holiday gift list who really don't like gifts? If so, cross their name off the list right now.
Do you knit? If you don't it's easy to learn how. I have a beginner's pattern for a really cute beanie that you can make for almost anyone on your gift list. Just email me for the pattern.
If you're an advanced knitter you may want to purchase the book, Colorwork For Adventurous Knitters by Lori Ihnen. Ihnen has included all kinds of darling items that you can knit and give for holiday gifts. Plus her instructions are clearly written and the book contains lots of very good pictures.
With these penny pinching ideas posted today, we'll be in Tuscany munching bruschetta before you know it.
Even if you have no interest in painting with me in Tuscany next May, think about making some knitted gifts anyway. Everyone likes to receive a homemade gift, I think...
