Our Watercolor Workshop Begins

We met up this morning in Florence in front of the Hotel Silla. We hopped into the comfortable vans driven by Gianmarco and Marco and drove to the town of Castellina in Chianti where we wandered about and did a little sketching and a little eating.
We arrived at our villa in Montisi in the late afternoon and enjoyed the view of the Tuscan countryside from the garden. This was a great first day!
