Lunch, Me and a Painting

I always try to eat the local cuisine when I travel because I think it's a wonderful way to learn about the culture I am visiting. Yesterday I tried a plate of the local seafood at a restaurant in Collieure. I was rather surprised when the seafood arrived in front of me to find that it was all raw!
I tried to eat some of the oysters, mussels, crayfish, and something that looked like raw snails...but I later learned are called winkles.
You can see in the other photo of me taken today in the studio at LaCascade that the yesterday's lunch had no Bad effects on me, in fact I think it improved my most recent painting(posted on this page too).
