What Makes A Perfect Studio?

So, the backyard is landscaped and the dog run is finished so now I can begin arranging my studio. I don't have a clue as to what makes the perfect studio. I just know I need to be able to find my equipment and papers and have a spot for the dogs. Oh and I would like it to be a cozy, welcoming place that I will want to rush into and get to work every morning.
As I type this post, the little dog you see in the bed has gotten frisky and is knocking my elbow as I type. I may need to refine my idea about having dogs in my studio...

:) Looks like it's coming along! My puppy does the same thing!

Thanks Pumpkin Delight for the encouragement. How did you deal with your dog pushing your elbow? Did you find a way to train it not to? If so, tell me how.
